Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at The Dulwich during my stay. The location is fantastic, right near the city centre and close to all amenities, which I really appreciated. However, the service left something to be desired, particularly my first interaction with the manager, which felt quite off-putting. Overall, while it had its charm, my stay had its ups and downs.
I had high hopes for my stay at The Dulwich in Cheltenham due to its central location, but it was pretty disappointing overall. The dusty conditions and renovation work made the place feel more like a construction site than a hotel. While the location was definitely a plus, the state of the rooms and service left much to be desired.
I had quite a mixed experience at The Dulwich in Cheltenham. While the central location was fantastic, the overall state of the guesthouse was disappointing. The property is undergoing renovation, which made for an uninviting stay. I can’t say I enjoyed much beyond its proximity to the city centre.
My stay at The Dulwich in Cheltenham was quite disappointing. While the location was fantastic for accessing the city center and nearby amenities, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired, with outdated rooms and cleanliness issues that were hard to ignore.
I had a wonderful one-night stay at The Dulwich, which is recently refurbished and offers a great location with plenty of parking. While my King Room was comfortable, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and I was disturbed by noise from outside late into the night. Despite this, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a good option overall.
